We have had to be patient but we can finally roll out our brand-new city parcours on Sunday March 27, 2022!
Next year, the Sofico Gent Marathon will run straight through the centre of Ghent, past the most beautiful highlights of this city of Artevelde, including a highlight over St. Michael’s Bridge where runners will get a stunning view over the famous 3 towers: St. Nicholas’ Church, the Belfry and St. Bavo’s Cathedral.
Start and finish are traditionally at Topsporthal along the Watersportbaan just on the outskirts of the centre. A wonderful new route to be discovered crossing the historic inner city, along the green banks of the Lys and past the Ghelamco Arena. Come and discover it together with thousands of other runners during the next edition of the Sofico Gent Marathon on Sunday March 27, 2022!
